Nestled high on Howell Mountain, the Pauli Vineyard has volcanic soil riddled densely with rocks where our estate Cabernet Sauvignon vines thrive. The soil and elevation yield a natural environment fostering intensity, color, and natural firm tannins.

From the best fruit of our vineyard, spanning 16-planted acres and nine clones of Cabernet Sauvignon, we craft 400 cases annually of our TOBIAS Estate Cabernet Sauvignon each year.
