The soil and elevation yield a natural environment fostering intensity, color, and natural firm tannins. The 16 vineyard, owned by Dawn Pauli-Forman and her father, is farmed by winemaker, Toby Forman. Together, they craft 400 cases of a single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon for our Howell Mountain estate each year.

In contrast to a wine club, where members receive regular shipments throughout the year, a wine allocation represents the quantity of wine a buyer can acquire from the winery’s inventory each year.

Prior to making our TOBIAS Estate Cabernet Sauvignon wine available to the general public, our allocation members are given the exclusive opportunity to purchase a predetermined number of bottles.
